An invitation from the season - Summer

Reflections, prompts, questions and activities inspired by the rhythms and wisdom of nature.

The harvest season begins in August. We notice leaves maturing, crops being gathered, fruits and berries ripening, and seeds beginning to form.

Each Monday, I’m sharing a question inspired by what’s happening in nature, inviting you to pause, notice and connect with the wisdom and rhythms of the season.

During this shift into late summer you’re invited to think about:

🌾 What has grown this year?

You might want to think about all the parts of you and your life. You could reflect on your personal life, your work-life, your career, and the areas of your life which are most important to you.

You can choose to take a different perspective and think about your connection to your values, your ambitions, your strengths, your skills, your interests, your passions and perhaps the rhythms in your life.

I encourage you to come away from the screen. Make some space to think about it whilst making a drink, you could take the question on a walk or to think about when you’re outside, or you could talk about it with someone else. Writing your reflections down can help you explore this question more deeply and help you document your thoughts.

What’s this season inviting you to notice?
